Our Mission

As a labor organization, the CFCP is dedicated to working on behalf of every classified professional who works at one of the campuses within the Coast Community College District. As the exclusive bargaining agent, CFCP does everything within its capacity to negotiate the best possible contract, improve the working conditions at CCCD, represent members of the bargaining unit when employee complaints arise, and participate in the District's participatory governance.
